Full Agency Audits

Deis Consulting, LLC conducts mock audits of your agency to help prepare your agency for an upcoming state audit or an audit from an accrediting body.  The review will include a review of your medical records, employee files, QA program, policies and procedures. A report will be created that will identify potential concerns with  federal and state regulations.  The report will include all identified non-compliant regulations with the supporting evidence found during the review that will explain how the regulation was not met and how to turn non-compliance into compliance.
